I took an evening flight after work. I had to wait a while for a little rain to stop before I could take off. This shows the field where I took off in the lower left. The Mountain Meadows polo fields where we land sometimes is in the upper right.

I climbed up over Rattlesnake Ridge where there was still enough thermal action, even late on this soggy evening, to do a little soaring. The thermals always seem to have a strong southeast drift here until they get to these towers and shoot up.
