To begin a painting, there is no image in mind. The process is intuitive, a moment-by-moment expression, discovery and response. I am reaching for something that is also reaching for me.

Besides periodic art exhibitions, my work can be viewed at my studio, open during monthly art walks at 6560 5th Ave S. Seattle, second Saturday of every month from 6–9pm.
